How We Reach Them

TV Access provides the most extensive tracking and reporting in the industry. Our tracking begins with the industry standard direct mail responses from out-of-home media companies, followed by another direct mail follow-up and two telemarketing follow-ups over the course of nine months. In these additional outreach efforts, we attempt to determine the location and length of the posting as well as receive photos of the site whenever possible.

Due to our tracking and reporting methods we have an exceptionally strong database that includes more than 1,100 television stations, with more than 100 fields and multiple contact names for each. We code PSAs into 33 different categories and can access usage information for each station for over 20 years. Our constant feedback also enables up to know the station's preferred format for receiving PSAs and the correct contact to send it to.

Innovative Services

TV Access is committed to remain the industry leader in innovative solutions for PSA distribution. Some of our innovative achievements include:

We were the first PSA distributor to use Sigma™ electronic tracking to track PSAs during live broadcast.
We originated online reporting for PSAs and continue to expand this service, simplifying the reporting process and providing tools to maximize PSA usage. One example of the online reporting service's expansion is the development of locally generated follow-up letters that are currently available to clients through our web site.
We developed customized packaging with the Ad Council nearly 15 years ago.
We have pre-labeled station contacts that facilitate completion of our response cards and improve the quality of our database.
We were the first distributor to provide distribution to radio stations on CD. This was done in response to information we obtained from our annual surveys to radio stations.

We are constantly striving to improve and build on these services to ensure the best possible production, reporting and distribution services for your PSA. Some of our current projects include:

TV Access provides localized materials for all PSA media, including television, radio, print, billboards, transit, stadium, theaters and airports. Due to extensive in-house resources, TV Access can handle these localization in an efficient and cost-effective method.

TV Access has had great success distributing internet banner ads, but due to chaos within the media, we have developed a new source of internet outreach and are in the process of developing a second method of internet distribution for not-for-profit organizations.

We are in the process of developing tools that will dramatically increase our ability to not only reach a Hispanic audience, but generate qualified responses.

Bi-lingual Media Services

Presently, TV Access is the only distribution service that has developed special programs that maximize usage and reporting by the Hispanic media. We carefully code our database to determine which stations want bi-lingual PSAs and which stations want Spanish-only PSAs.

We also provide the following services to the Hispanic media:

Innovative packaging that provides our Hispanic distribution targets with a clear and professional message.
Spanish-speaking telemarketing services that are sensitive to each of the four prominent Hispanic dialects in the US.
Reporting that provides a clear picture of Hispanic outreach within the Hispanic community.
Station list preparation based on extensive distribution history.
Multiple station contacts to provide the best opportunity for the successful placement of Hispanic PSAs.
